These Below Deck bosses are fantastic when apart, but when they had to join forces in Season 10, arguments of a very one-sided nature arose. To date, Captain Lee Rosbach remains madder than a pissed-on chicken. In contrast, Captain Sandy Yawn now wants to flee town in her dinghy, placing herself far away from this narrative.
Captain Sandy Yawn is disengaging from Captain Lee Rosbach’s disses
To recap this mess, during BD Season 10, Captain Lee had some health issues that he needed to attend to. Yachts do not drive themselves, so he grabbed his shell phone and dialed up Below Deck Mediterranean’s Captain Sandy. Her series was not filming, unlike his, so he reckoned that she might be able to help a brother out. She said yes, but when she stepped onboard his vessel, she fired two crew members, which saw Captain Lee taking to his socials to rant about how she should have communicated these terminations to him first.
Then, during his Nightcap tour, Captain Lee dissed Captain Sandy again. When asked who his least favorite BD star is, he quipped, “My least favorite? Captain Sandy. And we all know why. I don’t like her. Normally, I don’t have to like people to work with them. I can work with almost anyone. I don’t have to like them,” he ended.
Bravo just hosted a fan fest in Miami, where E! News caught up with Captain Sandy to get her takes on this matter. As expected, Captain Sandy has no idea what she has done to her colleague.
“I really don’t know what I ever did to him,” Captain Sandy explained. Keeping it classy, she then apologized, stressing, “I’m sorry, Captain Lee, [for] if I offended you in any way.” Following this, Captain Sandy admitted, “I don’t know what to say, but I don’t walk through life wondering why he doesn’t like me.”
What say you, Captain Lee? Can we dock this dumb feud already?
