The alleged victim claims "one male and one female celebrity" joined Diddy in her sexual assault.
It seems Sean “Diddy” Combs is being hit with new accusations of heinous behavior everyday, as the fallen mogul has most recently been accused of raping a 13-year-old during a 2000 MTV Video Music Awards afterparty — with the help of two other celebrities.
Six new lawsuits were filed against the Bad Boy founder late Sunday night (Oct. 20), according to Deadline, which acquired legal docs for one disturbing suit alleging Diddy attacked a young teen in front of others, with two other unnamed stars — one male and one female — assisting in the abuse.
“Looking for a place to rest, Plaintiff entered what she believed to be an empty bedroom so she could lie down for a moment,” explains an action filed Sunday in federal court in New York by a now approximately 37-year-old Jane Doe. Attorney Tony Buzbee, representing the Jane Doe, claims his client then began feeling “woozy and lightheaded” after taking one drink.
“Soon after, Combs, along with a male and female celebrity, entered the room,” the suit continues. “Combs aggressively approached Plaintiff with a crazed look in his eyes, grabbed her, and said, ‘You are ready to party!’”
“Combs then threw Plaintiff toward another male celebrity, Celebrity A, who removed Plaintiff’s clothes as she grew more and more disoriented,” the lawsuit adds. “Plaintiff was held down by Celebrity A who vaginally raped her while Combs and Celebrity B, a female, watched. After the male celebrity finished, Combs then vaginally raped Plaintiff while the Celebrity A and Celebrity B watched. Combs attempted to force Plaintiff to perform oral sex on him, but she resisted by hitting Combs in the neck; he stopped.”
Diddy attended the 2000 VMAs with then girlfriend, Jennifer Lopez.
The Jane Doe claims she then escaped “the large white house with a gated U-shaped driveway” and eventually got in contact with her father and was picked up. “After the assault, Plaintiff fell into a deep depression which continues to affect every facet of her life,” the suit states.
Attorney Buzbee is behind over 120 lawsuits that have been filed against Diddy since his September arrest. Representatives for Combs believe the Texas-based lawyer is looking for publicity with the excessive amount suits.
“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman,” Combs’ reps said in a statement regarding Buzbee’s previous accusations, adding, “The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity.”
