Sean "Diddy" Combs is said to be struggling to sell his $61.5million (£47million) mansion in Beverly Hills two months after it was put up for sale.
The 54-year-old music mogul, who was arrested in September on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution, is being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York. He denies the allegations. A judge scheduled Diddy's trial to begin in May 2025. In September, it emerged that Diddy was putting his 13,000-square-foot property - which was raided by Homeland Security back in March - on the market.
The $61.5million price tag is substantially higher than the $39 million (£30 million) he himself paid back in 2014. However, real estate sources have claimed that the property in California has failed to attract interest from buyers, with "only a few" people visiting it for a viewing.

Connellan / MEGA)Sources told TMZ that the main reasons buyers have been put off are the high price, which was described by some estate agents as "ridiculous", and the "ick factor" due to the allegations Diddy is facing. The publication was told that a married couple recently looked at the house - but the woman was "creeped out" and couldn't wait to leave.
According to TMZ, another issue is that as we get closer to Thanksgiving, the real estate market slows down all the way through Christmas. The home boasts a number of lavish features, including a bar, wine cellar, library, gym, an indoor sauna, and a pool, plus a "state-of-the-art theatre that can accommodate 35 people." There are 10 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms in the mansion.
The listing says: "The stunning grounds feature beautiful lawns, mature trees, formal gardens, a resort-like swimming pool with waterfall and grotto, basketball court, spa house and an outdoor covered loggia with BBQ, bar, and pizza oven." As well as the main Colonial-style house, there's a two-story guest house on the sprawling grounds, complete with a gym and recording studio. However, only "prequalified clients" will get a viewing, keeping any nosy fans at bay.
Over the past year, he has been sued by several people who have brought civil actions claiming he subjected them to physical or sexual abuse, including his former girlfriend. R&B singer Cassie, full name Casandra Elizabeth Ventura, has accused Combs of rape and a decade-long pattern of abuse that allegedly began when she was 19 years old. Diddy 'vehemently denied' Cassie's allegations last year and has pleaded not guilty to federal sex trafficking and racketeering charges.
Earlier this month, Texas lawyer ,Tony Buzbee, announced he is representing 120 new alleged victims, who intend to bring civil claims. The allegations are reported to have cases against the rapper that span the past 25 years. Of them, 25 claim they were underage when the alleged abuse happened.
Diddy has had two bail pleas rejected, despite offering $50,000 (£38,000) for his release, and is expected to be locked up until his trial kicks off on May 5, 2025. If Combs is convicted, he is looking at a minimum of 15 years behind bars, emerging at 69 years old. And if the courts decide on the extreme end of punishment, the rapper could find himself staring at a life sentence.
