Erika Jayne ‘Still Being Sued’ After Tom Girardi Split: ‘Things Will Resolve’

Erika Jayne is still facing the music that her estranged, former attorney ex, Tom Girardi, first composed. Stealing money from your clients is a bad look. But when Erika started singing about how expensive it was to be her on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, his unpaid victims began looking in her direction. They needed their settlements to help them deal with their various injuries, so we get it.

A few months ago, Tom was convicted. The courts ruled him guilty of a $15 million wire fraud scheme. Naturally, his team is now fighting this ruling.

Meanwhile, Erika remains unbothered about the lawsuits she must now wrap up.

The lawsuits are coming to an end, Erika Jayne states

Tom is not a great human. As a personal injury victim myself, my heart goes out to his clients, whom he revictimized with his thefts. However, Erika has always claimed her innocence, stressing that she was in the dark about how expensive it was to be her. So far, the judges have agreed with Erika.

In the latest episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show, Erika touched on her legal journey, which she is very ready to be done with.

Four years ago, this mess first broke the internet. Erika had already filed for a divorce, and as the fans began hearing what Tom had done, they assumed that she was also guilty. Those diamond earrings did not help her cause.

Over these past four years, Erika has been “able to accept a lot of things [and] heal through a lot of things, and [she] will continue to do that,” Erika began. Thankfully, the end is near. “I’m not completely out of the woods. I’m still [getting] sued in a lot of places, but those things will resolve,” she explained.

Until her last case closes, all that Erika can do is keep moving forward. “It just kind of … it is what it is,” she noted. “I just try to maintain the healthiest attitude possible going forward.”

So far, Erika is living up to this quote. RHOBH Season 14 is showing her in a great light. Just keep swimming, Erika.
