I’m a Celebrity star GK Barry’s best friend, Joe Baggs, has spilled plenty of secrets about his pal, and assured the public that she’s not hamming up her wild personality for TV.
GK , 25 - real name Grace Eleanor Keeling - was voted to take on the first Bushtucker trial, Vile Volcano. She was then put back in the crossfire again when she was chosen to join Dean McCullough for Drown in the Dumps. Despite GK seeming to try her best in the trials, some fans have claimed that she’s putting on an act for the cameras.
Gogglebox star Joe was quick to defend his friend’s reputation in face of the accusations, standing up for her attempts in the first trial. The reality star said that GK put her all into Vile Volcano, in the hopes that viewers would stand down and not vote her in for more trials.

He also blasted claims that GK wasn't being authentic on the show. “She's being authentically herself, you saw her driving the other night, that's pretty much what she's like in real life," Joe told The Sun.
Joe hinted that he had high expectations of Grace, and claimed she'd be a "firm favourite" to reach the final. Alongside his close friend, Joe revealed that Coleen Rooney and Love Island star Maura Higgins were his picks to make it to the end.
Despite thinking that GK a good chance of reaching the final, Joe did admit that she had her weaknesses, and dished out the dirt on which trials might end up being too much for Grace. He revealed that she had a fear of heights, alongside emetophobia. Emetophobia is a fear of vomit, so Joe reasoned that any eating challenges - which would risk GK being sick - would be the worst for her.
Alongside sharing GK’s biggest fears, Joe also revealed he has one major concern for Grace as she battles it out in the jungle.
The hilarious TV personality shared: "The only thing I'm worried about is that she needs to poo." Joe explained that he was worried about his friend's bowels after seeing her go a week without using the toilet, away from the luxuries of home.
Joe also divulged his fears that GK was missing her girlfriend, Ipswich Town footballer Ella Rutherford, but said that being away from her loved ones wouldn't take her eyes off the prize.
Joe doubled down on his high hopes for GK both in and out of the jungle in his parting line, sharing his wish that she could go on to feature on Loose Women more and become the next “nations sweetheart.”
