Love Island star Connor Durman is set to become a first time father with his girlfriend Ella Newton.

The 30-year-old reality star - who now runs a coffee company called Naked Baristas - has been in a relationship with qualified lash technician Ella, 25, since 2020. And now their romance has entered a whole new chapter as they have happily revealed they are expecting their first child together.

Reality show fans will recall that Connor was a contestant on Love Island back in 2020 during season six of the show where he struggled to match with any of the ladies and was dumped from the villa on Day 15. And while his romance on the show went nowhere, he is enjoying love success in the real world with Ella.

Taking to social media on Sunday, the pair shared their happy news with a video montage and a charming caption. The pair wrote: "Our little surprise due 2025... Can’t wait to meet you baby boy... @_sayitwithcake thank you for our beautiful cake." They added a number of emojis to the statement - including a white heart and a swirl of sparkles.

The video showed Ella reacting in surprise as she looked at the result of a pregnancy test and the video also included plenty of clips of the couple sharing their news with family and friends. They also had a gender reveal cake - which was blue to show they are expecting a son together.

Fellow Love Island star Callum Jones was among the first to congratulate the coffee loving pair, writing in response: "Love it for you both ... double shot of espresso in his bottle," along with a trio of red heart emojis. And Finley Tapp - who won season six which Connor featured in - wrote: "Congratulations to you both mate" along with a red heart emoji.

Back in June, Connor declared his love for Ella in a gushing social media post after she jetted him off to the Greek island of Mykonos to celebrate his 30th birthday. He wrote in an Instagram post at the time: "Thank you to the most caring, beautiful girlfriend for surprising me with the best birthday I could have dreamed for. Memories to last a life time ... love you forever."

Last year, Ella shared her love for Connor by uploading a photograph of them together to mark their three year anniversary. The charming photograph showed them looking into each others' eyes while in a sun-soaked environment. Shared on 9 October 2023, the accompanying caption simply said: "3 years" along with a black heart emoji. The post provoked an avalanche of messages from well wishers, with one typing: "Happy 3 year anniversary guys!!" and another writing: "Happy Anniversary to you both."
