Madonna certainly appeared to enjoy her Christmas as she shared shirtless snaps of boyfriend Akeem Morris a month after split rumours.
The 66-year-old icon posted a series of pictures from her Christmas at home, showing off her 28-year-old footballer partner sat beneath the tree.
Akeem’s chest and arm tattoos — and abs — were on full display as he smiled for the camera despite the pair apparently having parted ways.
Her daughters also joined her for the big day with Lourdes Leon, 28, and Mercy James, 18, and 12-year-old twins Stella and Estere all posing for festive pictures with their mum.
Madonna wrote: ‘The most wonderful day of the year ………..X-mas and Hanukkah all at once. 🎄🕎 🎁 ♥️!!’
Amid the wholesome family selfies, the Material Girl legend couldn’t help but share some shirtless pictures of her boyfriend.
Akeem’s appearance is slightly surprising, considering last month the pair reportedly ended their summer romance.
‘Madonna ran into the same issue with this boy toy as she has with all of her recent men,’ a source told the Daily Mail at the time.
‘The age difference became an issue,’ the source continued. ‘They come from different time periods.’
They added: ‘When the globe-trotting stopped, the excitement stopped as well. It was just time for them to go their separate ways.’
It seems the lovebirds haven’t ended things, despite the source saying Akeem is living on an island while Madonna prepares her biopic elsewhere.
They initially met in 2022, working together on her Paper Magazine shoot but it wasn’t until this summer that the relationship heated up.
The romance is definitely back on as Madonna also shared a snap of Akeem’s hand on her thigh, rocking a huge ‘M’ ring on his pinky finger.
They began dating earlier this year after the Like A Virgin hitmaker broke up with boxer Josh Popper, 31, in May.
She had met the boxing coach through her son David Banda and made the relationship official in February 2023.
Josh even joined Madonna on stage during her Celebration Tour in Brooklyn, with the pair sharing a kiss in front of the excited crowd in December 2023.
This was the last time they were seen in public together, with Madonna’s work commitments reportedly taking a toll.
At the time the pop icon’s Celebration Tour was getting underway after health issues delayed the gigs for months.
The Hung Up star has had many age-gap romances in her time, including backup dancers Ahlamalik Williams, 29, Brahim Zaibat, 37, and model Kevin Sampaio, 37.
Before that, she was married to actor Sean Penn from 1985 to 1989 after the pair met on the Material Girl music video set.
Her most famous relationship is to Snatch and Lock Stock director Guy Ritchie, who she was married to from 2000 to 2008, and with whom shares one son, Rocco.
