Martine McCutcheon, 48, seemingly made a series of pointed jabs against her ex in a string of posts on her Instagram Stories.
The EastEnders actress split from Jack McManus in August, after tying the knot in September 2012. Martine hinted that their breakup still felt fresh, sharing words about “falling apart” and “looking forward.
In her first post, Martine reposted a quote about cutting people out of your life. “Sometimes, healing means telling people to f**k off,” the passage read, with Martine showing her feelings on the idea by adding a resounding “Absobloodylutely!”
Next, Martine reposted a photo of a short poem in a book. The emotional words read: “And all this time, you thought you were falling apart, you didn't realise you were actually putting yourself back together.”
The Love Actually star added a message to her fans alongside the photo, writing: “For anyone who needs this, keep the faith. Look forward - not back... and smile... you WILL be OK... Maybe even better than OK.”

"After much thought and consideration, Jack has decided it's best for us to separate after 18 years together and I accept his decision. We are both so very blessed and grateful for our beautiful, 9 year old son Rafferty, who's happiness and welfare, has always been, and will continue to be, our number 1 priority,” she wrote on Instagram in August.
Earlier this month, she also stated that the break-up was “brutal” when talking about going out with a friend, Samantha, for the first time in months. Unfortunately, she hinted that not all of her friends had supported her throughout the difficult time.
"And Samantha, you know that any break up after 18 years isn’t easy, in fact there are some facets that can feel brutal… Mutual 'friends' have gone silent, or have clearly picked a side, when they were never, even asked to! But I’m so lucky to have you!” she shared as part of a long post on Instagram.
Martine added: "You are a gracious, fair, loving, thoughtful, friend and you show them all how it’s done darling! Thank you for being so wonderful to me and Rafferty and Jack and for taking the time to make me feel seen and heard. It means so much! I love you 'Mate!’”
Despite going through a messy split just two years after she and Jack renewed their vows, Martine recently said that she was trying to keep her head up as she worked through the change.
"If I could give anybody advice about living life more slowly or more generally, it would be to trust, trust that the world will still turn. You will still turn. You will still be successful. You will still be happy. You will still be busy. Whenever you want to be busy, you will still achieve things, but you will do it at your pace, not anybody else's, yours,” she said on the podcast ‘A Gentle Start: The Showercast.’
