P Diddy has been accused of raping an ambitious 10-year-old rapper after allegedly drugging their drink during an audition in a new civil claim.
In the latest shock update in the civil lawsuits against Sean 'P Diddy' Combs, court documents obtained by The Mirror US, report that the youngster - using the pseudonym John Doe - was violated by the shamed star in 2005, when the claimant's parents brought him to New York City in a bid to kickstart his entertainment career, reports the Mirror.
According to the lawsuit, a talent agent took the child to meet the dad-of-six without his parents present, allegedly requested by Diddy, according to the lawsuit.
Doe claimed he told Diddy he would do "anything" to be a star and, after the talent agent left, someone else in the audition room handed him a soda. He claimed after he consumed the drink he felt "a little funny".
“You have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes," Diddy allegedly told the boy before he allegedly told him to "kiss it," in regards to his penis. The court document further alleged that Diddy continued to rape the boy before he lost consciousness. Doe claimed he woke feeling sore in his private areas.

Doe further alleged in the court filing that the former star threatened to hurt his parents if he reported the alleged abuse to them. As a result, he said he kept quiet to the talent agency, but eventually confessed to his parents after they noticed him acting "lethargic". However, Doe claimed that his parents were "terrified of the potential consequences of reporting the abuse".
The accuser is asking for "compensatory damages for all physical injuries, emotional distress, psychological harm, anxiety, humiliation, physical and emotional pain and suffering, family and social disruption, and other harm, in an amount to be determined at trial."
Furthermore, the new civil lawsuit, filed on behalf of Texan Tony Buzbee's team, points towards Diddy's September arrest, which included sex trafficking charges, in an effort to create an alleged pattern of behaviour. Diddy has pled not guilty and denied all wrongdoing in connection with the criminal charges.
