Vicki Gunvalson was awarded six figures in assets as part of her 2013 divorce settlement following her split from ex-husband Donn Gunvalson.
Over a decade after their breakup, details about the 62-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County cast member’s breakup agreement have been revealed, confirming what Vicki and Donn took away from their 16-year marriage.
According to a signed document obtained by In Touch Weekly on October 31, Vicki and Donn, who had none of their own children, kept the furniture and artwork they each had in their possession at the time of their settlement and split the balance of numerous bank accounts.
As RHOC fans may recall, Vicki, who has two children from a previous relationship, separated from Donn in 2010 and filed for divorce in 2013.
Vicki was also able to keep her personal items and the Coto de Caza, California home, valued at $600,000 at the time, they once shared. However, she did have to pay $27,000 to Donn to stay in the home.
Additionally, Vicki maintained the balances of several other accounts, the rights to her WooHoo Productions LLC, a Puerto Vallarta timeshare, a Puerto Rico penthouse, a 2009 Mercedes SL550, and a number of policies, including one in the amount of $500,00 and another $100,000 life insurance policy.
As for Donn, he got to hold onto his 401k, worth $75,000, a 2003 Navigator, a 2004 745i BMW, several insurance policies, a Lake Havasu home, and two other houses in Arizona and California.
Although Vicki was deemed responsible for the amount owed on daughter Briana Culberson’s student loans and other debts, she received a total of $886,000 in assets, and $117,000 in obligations, for a balance of $660,104. She was also awarded $27,046 in liabilities, for a total sum of $633,058.
“As and for an equalization of the parties’ assets and obligations, [Vicki] shall pay to [Donn] the sum of $67,799.50,” the deal said, noting that Vicki was also able to keep her RHOC earnings and income from her separate businesses after they broke up.
Back in 2022, during a Q&A with her fans and followers on her Instagram Story, Vicki offered an update on her relationship with Donn, confirming the two of them have a “very nice relationship” and applauding her former spouse as a “great man.”
Following her 2013 divorce from Donn, Vicki struck up a years-long relationship with the controversial Brooks Ayers, who infamously lied about his cancer diagnosis, before splitting with him in 2015. Years later, Vicki began dating and became engaged to Steve Lodge before suffering another breakup in 2021.
Currently, Vicki is dating Michael Smith and is open to a future marriage.
