Rita Ora delivered a heartfelt homage to Liam Payne at the MTV EMA's in Manchester on Sunday night (November 10).
While hosting the European Music Awards for the third consecutive year at Manchester's Co-op Live arena, the songstress, who previously collaborated with Payne on the 2018 track "For You," was visibly moved.
The shocking news of Liam's untimely passing saw Rita Ora visibly overcome with emotion on stage last month, where she fondly remembered him as 'the kindest soul'.
The 31 year old former X Factor star met a tragic end after falling from a third-floor balcony at Buenos Aires' Casa Sur Hotel on October 16, where he had been residing.
At the star-studded Manchester event, Rita Ora seemed tearful as she commemorated the beloved One Direction member, reports the Manchester Evening News.

The emotional host shared: "I just want to take a moment to remember someone very, very dear to us. We lost him recently and he was a big part of the MTV world and my world. Liam Payne was one of the kindest people that I knew."
She continued: "He had the biggest heart. He was always the first person to offer help in any way that he could. He brought so much joy to every room he walked into and he left such a mark on the world."

A poignant image of the late singer was then displayed on the screens within the venue, followed by an outpouring of love from the audience, who broke the silence with cries of "we love you Liam."
Manchester was abuzz with excitement as the MTV EMAS brought a cavalcade of music megastars and celebrities to the city on Sunday.
The music awards ceremony, celebrated as one of the biggest TV broadcasts across Europe outside of Eurovision, showcased high-profile performances and unexpected surprises.
