A mother's wish!

Rosie O'Donnell wants people to remember the good times in her daughter Chelsea's life after reports surfaced she was arrested for child neglect and drug possession.

After news of Chelsea's arrest made headlines, former The Rosie O'Donnell Show host shared a sweet photo of her daughter, whom she adopted with ex-wife Kelli Carpenter, on Instagram.

"Chelsea is in the news today — this is a photo from a better time," Rosie began on Instagram, alongside a throwback selfie of her eldest daughter.

"Sadly, this is not new for our family. Chelsea has struggled with drug addiction for a decade — we are all hopeful she will find her way out of this deadly disease," the family said in a statement on Oct. 19 (Sat.)

According to In Touch, officers were called after an alleged dispute between Chelsea and her boyfriend Jacob Nelund.

Upon arrival, authorities stated that Chelsea was "jittery" and "sweating profusely," and both she and Nelund appeared to be under the influence of drugs.

The house where Chelsea was living was reportedly in disarray, and not safe for children.

"The inside of the home was disgusting [with] milk that stunk so bad it almost made me puke, dirty diapers, used female hygiene products, unclean underwear with feces and blood stains and used razor blades on the floor," In Touch reported.

Cops found her 11-month old son Atlas alone in his room, a meth pipe containing residue was allegedly found near the infant, as well as "one officer discovered a digital scale and other apparent drug paraphernalia under a baby crib."

The 27-year-old was booked into a Marinette County jail on Sept. 10. She was released later that month after posting a $2,000 bond.

On Oct. 11, the mother-of-four was charged with felony counts of "possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs and bail jumping, plus misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia."

She is expected to appear in court on Nov. 4 and Nov. 7.
