Love Island Scot Lucy Graybill has quit her job at the Co-op to follow her dream of being a TV star.

Lucy, 27, was a manager who looked after Co-op stores across Scotland before appearing on the hit TV show.

She is also in the running to take part in this year’s Love Island AllStars show.

Gourock-born Lucy, who appeared in Casa Amore for four days on season 11 of the dating reality show, says it changed her life more than she could have ever imagined. She said: “After the show I was able to quit my job so that’s been amazing.

”And I’ve always wanted to do content creation and fashion content, and I’ve been able to do it.

“I’ve just been able to experience this whole new life. My boss was actually really fine with it.

“I loved it, interacting with people and the busy-ness of it but I want to do more TV and content creation just now.

Lucy says she is up for going back on Love Island.

She said: “I received a call a few months ago from producers asking if I was single and would consider it. I was in that villa for four days last year, trying my best.

“I was going after Ciaran in there, but he was quite solid in his couple with Nicole.

“I was trying to get into him a wee bit, but he wasn’t having it. He stayed with Nicole. Now they’re not together, so it just shows you.”

She added: “This time round I’m very much single, and very much looking.

“I met Joey Essex on Love Island last time. We had a casual conversation. We kind of locked eyes a bit but he’s too cocky for me.

“This time I’d definitely be after Luca Bish. He’s my type to a T.

“I would just go in and say it as it is and just be a bit flirty with him obviously, I’ve never met him before but I’ve seen him at events, though I’ve never made that move.

“I think he likes quite a down to earth girl, and I think I’d suit that, so who knows?”
