Taylor Swift’s boyfriend Travis Kelce has lent his vocals to a Christmas single and revealed she may have some musical competition.
The Kansas City Chiefs star joins elder brother Jason Kelce and his former Eagles’ teammates' new Christmas album.
A preview of the track dropped this week.
The tune is called It’s Christmas Time (In Cleveland Heights) and it appears to be all about the Christmas holidays in the Kelce brothers' hometown of Cleveland Heights.
In the preview, which the Kelces' podcast New Heights shared on social media, Travis can be heard singing about "wandering the streets" around Christmas time in Ohio on the New Heights Instagram account
“This is a song that came out of this great brain and I feel like it tickles the nerve that we’ve not yet,” Charlie Hall, a musician who is also working on the album, said of Travis’ new tune.
“I also just think when Travis hears it, he’s going to be very excited about it,” Jason said of the song.
Fans were impressed by his smooth singing and took to X to share their support.
“Give travis his grammy,” one said.
“Travis never beating the disney prince singing allegations,” a second fan added.
A third said, “Wow Travis u can sing, is there anything this man can't do?”
One fan reserved some extremely high praise for him, saying, “Ummmmm Travis singing sounds like John Legend.”
Jason also wrote on X, “You guys will love to hear the R&B group that joins Travis and I on this original Christmas song. This tune is buttery!”
The Christmas tunes were a huge hit last year, as Travis and Jason's song Fairytale of Philadelphia reached No. 1 on iTunes charts.
This year's album will be released on November 29.
In 2023, Travis did a duet with Jason on Fairytale of Philadelphia for the second annual “A Philly Special Christmas Special,” a charity holiday album from the now-retired Eagles centre and some of his former teammates.
2024’s A Philly Special Christmas album – which is the third and final from Jason and his crew – will be released next month.
The first A Philly Special Christmas album, released in 2022, raised £1 million for local charities.

Last year, the second album raised more than $3 million for the Eagles’ Autism Foundation.
Proceeds from this year’s album will go to several charities in Philadelphia, including Children’s Crisis Treatment Centre’s Holiday Toy Drive and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s Snowflake Station.
