Despite winning a huge prize on The Traitors, Harry Clark has revealed he is still living with his parents in a council house.

The 23-year-old scooped up £95,000 on the hit BBC series earlier this year after successfully deceiving his fellow contestants. He took home the prize after controversially stealing the entire jackpot from co-star Mollie Pearce in a dramatic final. Following the win, Harry has revealed he is "not a multi-millionaire splashing out" his cash.

He has picked up "cool sponsorship deals" and attended glamorous events including the BRIT Awards and National Television Awards since being on the show. Harry also has a famous girlfriend - CBBC presenter Anna Maynard, who is the sister of singer Conor Maynard and YouTuber Jack Maynard. Despite his success, Harry has revealed he is happy living at home.

“Back in March I was on the red carpet at the BRITs and saw Dua Lipa. And then I got a taxi home to the council house in Slough, where I grew up with my parents and five siblings. In May I went to a Make-A-Wish Ball at the Savoy – I got driven there in a car which had a TV screen in the back. And then I came home and slept in my bunk bed,” he wrote in a piece for the i.

Harry admitted some may find his decision to move back in with his parents as "odd", yet believes it is a "nice contrast" to the lavish experiences he has had in the past year. He also insisted he doesn't care "what anyone else thinks" about his decision and that he hopes to be able to buy the property for his beloved parents.

The TV star is saving to own his own home and added: "I’m so conscious my parents won’t always be around – why rush to get away from them?" In May, Harry revealed he was yet to spend his prize money. Appearing on Good Morning Britain, host Charlotte Hawkins asked if he had spent the prize money yet.

To which Harry admitted: "No, I literally haven't spent it, I'm being quite smart with that actually. I'm surprised myself I haven't spent it all." He added: "I do have plans actually, I want to give back to the military so my plan is to open and start my own businesses. Be a manager of these businesses and they hire from the army to give people that sense of army home upon leaving because I feel like a lot of people can get lost.

"I'm looking into doing construction, lorry companies, things like that to hire straight from the military. Military qualifications cross over into civilian qualifications, a lot of people don't realise that, I didn't even realise that mine crossed over!" Harry also revealed back in February that he had finally received his £95,000 cash prize four months after being crowned winner.
