The 46 year old former glamour model recently puzzled fans by posting an image of two newborns, one in pink and the other in grey, leaving everyone guessing about their identities.

The intrigue intensified as it was confirmed that the babies are not related to her sister Sophie, who is expecting a baby girl. This comes just before Katie's anticipated Channel 4 documentary detailing her IVF journey is set to air.

In her latest Instagram Story, Katie is seen multitasking while getting her hair done, holding an infant close with the caption: "Multitasking with my baby girl."

The mother of five Harvey, 22, Junior, 19, Princess, 17, Jett, 10, and Bunny, 9 has been open about her wish to expand her brood.

Social media users have been left scratching their heads over the new photo. One Facebook user mistakenly commented: "She's expecting one girl.", reports the Mirror.

An insider told OK! Magazine: "Carl doesn't want it aired it was filmed when the pair were a couple trying for a baby," adding, "It would bring back hurtful memories for him and it would open up a can of worms and demons he's worked hard to get rid of. He's closed that chapter with Katie."
