Katie Price's hot take on Peter Andre that silences Rebekah Vardy's 'chipolata' claims

Rebekah Vardy regrettably once compared Peter Andre's privates to a small French sausage - but that same year, his ex-wife Katie Price gave her hot take on his manhood

Peter Andre had the 'smallest equipment' Rebekah Vardy had ever seen - but Katie Price thought otherwise.

The noughties was a wild time for pop culture with the emergence of showbiz couples like Katie and Peter. The Cypriot star met the glamour model in the Australian jungle when they appeared on I'm A Celebrity together in 2004, and their whirlwind romance led to them tying the knot less than a year later.

But the same year the duo met, Peter's ego was publicly squashed by now-WAG Rebekah. In a kiss-and-tell interview with News of the World in 2004, Rebekah went into detail about her sexual encounter with the Mysterious Girl singer, and famously described his privates as a 'miniature chipolata'.

Rebekah and Peter had a very brief fling years before, in 2001, when Rebekah was 21 years old. She met the pop star in a restaurant and proceeded to give him her number. She later told The Sun: "He was really sweet and led me upstairs. When we were in the room, he stripped me and took his top off. He had great muscles."

"I thought he was going to be a fantastic lover. Then he took his trousers off! He was the worst lover I've ever had. It wasn't even worth the train fare. Peter was tiny. The smallest trouser equipment I've ever seen. It was like a miniature chipolata," she said. At the time, Pete was quick to defend his manhood with a jokey picture of a giant sausage.

Then, earlier this year, her brutal comment resurfaced during her Wagatha Christie trial in court, and Rebekah admitted she "regretted" her choice of words. Pete took to Instagram to comment on the decades-old feud. He said: "Do you know how hard it is to keep biting my lip on situations? But the way I look at it, most people saw in the jungle how an acorn turned into an oak so I think I'm okay. At least she has now admitted it wasn't true and was forced to say it."

However, long before Pete made reference to his acorn, his ex-wife Katie did. The mother-of-five, formerly known as Jordan, left no stone unturned when she described the first time she slept with Pete in a hotel room. In her autobiography, Jordan: A Whole New World, she shared how she met up with him after their stint Down Under.

"I burned for him, my whole body longed for his touch," she wrote. "I wanted to feel his hands caress me." Sparing no blushes and contradicting Rebekah's exploitative claims, she enthused: "My eyes widened as he peeled off his boxers."

Using explicit detail - not published here - she continued: "Less of an acorn, more of an oak... we collapsed in each other's arms, hot, sweaty, exhausted and completely satisfied."

Of course, it wasn't the first time the former couple spoke about their extra-curricular activities. Pete once dished on their first steamy post-jungle hook-up in a toilet: "When I saw her for the first time with her hair done nicely and with full make-up on, do you know what I thought? Inside I went, ugh!"

He wrote in his 2010 autobiography, All About Us - My Story: "She was also a bit drunk and I didn't like that. She could tell I was staring at her face, which was so different from the one I'd become accustomed to in the jungle. All I could think to say that wouldn't be too unkind was, 'I think you looked better... in the jungle without the make-up and the hair off your face'."

Not backwards at coming forwards, Katie dove straight in and whispered to him: "There's one thing I have to say. It begins with M and it's a leap year." He was then whisked off to isolation so as not to ruin his exclusive deals, but Katie managed to get a present to him - a recording of Phil Collins' Against All Odds.

"That was the moment I knew Katie and I were going to spend the rest of our lives together. Our love really was against all odds," he wrote. Not one to be told no, Katie managed to circumnavigate Pete's lockdown and 'stormed' into his room, where Pete claims she was 'drunk and rude to everyone'.

"She was wearing a horrible low-cut top and a very short skirt. Her hair was all frizzy and looked a mess," he sniped, revealing she barged into the bathroom and asked him to marry her. "She was drunk and I couldn't take her seriously. Judging by the state of her, I doubted a relationship would last more than a week!"

But Pete said Katie wailed: "No, you can't let me go. I've never felt his way about anyone. Never, never, never. Look, I'll prove it to you... I'll never leave your side... every day... every night... do you want a little suck?" Despite being in turmoil over whether to 'respect her or not', he said the lust was too much, and the 'acorn was once again an oak'.
