Mauricio Umansky is reveling in life as a bachelor.

The Agency founder — who is estranged from “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Kyle Richards — is reportedly “not serious” with Klaudia K despite their recent make-out session.

A source told Us Weekly on Wednesday that although Umansky, 54, and the 33-year-old model have been enjoying each other’s company, they are not an official item.

“He is dating around and is having fun,” the source explained, adding that the real estate tycoon has been telling his friends that he’s single.

“He’s a happy-go-lucky kind of guy and can’t sit still when it comes to dating and traveling right now. He likes his freedom. Mauricio doesn’t want anything serious.”

Umansky and Klaudia were photographed engaging in PDA following a sushi date in Aspen Tuesday night.

The pair exited Matsuhisa arm-in-arm before Klaudia turned to face Umansky, put her arms around his neck and planted a big smooch on his lips.

The duo was snapped at Kemo Sabe, a high-end Western wear store, earlier in the day. They stepped out for more shopping on Wednesday.

Umansky was last linked to Ukrainian actress and model Nikita Kahn, whom he was seen kissing at an airport in Mykonos in July.

They were spotted getting cozy in Mexico the following month; however, that fling is reportedly now over.

Us Weekly’s source said the “Buying Beverly Hills” star “is no longer seeing” Kahn, 33, but did not elaborate.

As for Richards, she is reportedly “on good terms” with the Netflix alum.

“[They] don’t talk about him dating around,” the source told the outlet, sharing that “there is still no official plan to file for divorce.”

Richards, 55, made similar comments on Tuesday night’s episode of “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen,” claiming that the divorce conversation “just hasn’t come up.”

“We’re good friends. We get along really well,” the Bravolebrity told her boss, explaining that the former spouses “live separate lives.”

However, she made sure to note that “when the time comes” to discuss formalizing their split, she and Umansky “will address it.”

“It’s hard, and it’s not something either one of us obviously feels comfortable initiating, and we just kind of let that go,” she shared. “It is what it is right now.”

Richards said she and Umansky talk a “couple times a week” and text “every couple days” or “sometimes” daily.

However, the actress has admittedly “tried to avoid” meeting the women he’s been romancing.

The former flames — who share four daughters — announced their separation in July 2023 after 27 years of marriage.

Reps for Umansky, Klaudia, Kahn and Richards did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
