RHOSLC Star Heather Gay is "Completely Unrecognizable" After Weight Loss as Fans Suggest She's "Morphing Into" Whitney RoseHeather Gay is continuing to shock fans with her ongoing weight loss.

Months after confirming she succumbed to weight loss pressure and began taking Ozempic, the 50-year-old Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast member has been deemed as “completely unrecognizable” and compared to her 38-year-old cousin and co-star, Whitney Rose.

“Heather & Whitney are stunning in Sydney … The Real Housewives Of Salt Lake City – stream now on [Hayu] same day as the USA,” TV host Dean McCarthy wrote on Instagram along with a video of himself with the Bravolebrities.

Following the sharing of the video, one person stated, “Heather looks completely different.”

“It took me a minute to figure out that was Heather!” another agreed.

A third IG user added that Heather “looks waayyyy better.”

“Whatever she did, it looks natural and is stunning. The work she had done before, aged her and quite honestly looked straight up bad,” they alleged.

“Heather is completely unrecognizable, it totally took me a minute to figure her out,” proclaimed someone else.

Others applauded Heather for looking “fantastic” and “so good” as another person shared that the RHOSLC cast member “looks nothing like herself.”

Someone else noted that Heather and Whitney appeared to be twinning.

“Omg Heather is morphing into Whitney. They look like twins!” they stated.

As RHOSLC fans may have seen, Heather addressed her weight loss and confirmed she “sold out” to Ozempic, which is also used to treat Type 2 diabetes, during an interview with ABC earlier this year.

“I’ve sold out, I’ve given up the banner of you know, accept yourself. And it’s disappointing and sad to know that body positivity was all a big lie,” she admitted. “It is better not to be overweight.”

She then revealed the message she hoped to send her daughters.

“I want them to feel empowered, but as a mom of daughters, it is a very nuanced razor’s edge because I don’t want to lie to them and say it doesn’t matter what matters is on the inside, but it does matter. I don’t know why that’s the way it is in the world, but that has been my experience,” Heather noted.

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season five airs Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
