Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of drugging and raping a 10-year-old boy in a new lawsuit filed Monday.
The accuser, named as John Doe, in the suit claims he flew to New York City with his parents in the summer of 2005 for an audition with the rapper when the incident unfolded, TMZ reported.
In the docs, obtained by TMZ, the plaintiff says he met Diddy at a hotel near Madison Square Garden, and he says he rapped several songs, which went well — Diddy allegedly said he could make the kid a star.
The alleged victim claims he met up with the music mogul at a hotel near Madison Square Garden and performed several rap songs for Combs — prompting the Bad Boy Records producer to allegedly tell the child he could make him a star, according to the documents filed by Texas-based lawyer Tony Buzbee,
Diddy allegedly asked the child how badly he wanted to be a star, to which the accuser told he that he would do “anything.”
Combs allegedly had someone from his team give the child a soda, causing him to feel a “little funny” after drinking it. The accuser alleged that the soda may have been laced with GHB or ecstasy.
The “I’ll Be Missing You” artist allegedly told the child, “You have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes,” before proceeding to allegedly rake out his penis and force the youngster to perform oral sex.
The plaintiff then allegedly passed out, and when he awoke, his pants were undone and he believed he had been sexually assaulted.
The John Doe claimed that he felt lethargic and cried for his parents, causing Combs to allegedly tell the child that he would harm his mom and dad if he told him what had happened.
The alleged victim claims in court docs that he did tell his parents but that they were afraid to report the alleged assault to the police due to fears of retaliation.
Combs denied the allegation, telling Page Six in a statement on Monday: “The lawyer behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is obvious from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number.
“As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false,” the lawyers continued. “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”
This is a developing story…
