Strictly star Annabel Croft has been flooded with support after she was reunited with Johannes Radebe a year after they competed on the show together.

The tennis ace, who finished in fourth place with the South African dancer last year, posted a heartwarming snap on her Instagram account and expressed her delight over seeing him again.

She penned: "What a night! So lovely to be back in the strictly ballroom again and of course reunited with gorgeous @johannesradebe ... what a magical place! So much pure talent in 1 room. Thank you for having me Strictly, it was amazing to catch up with all the wonderful cast and crew ! Xxxx."

One fan commented: "Right time, right place, right person …..your time on Strictly Annabel was magical to watch as a viewer and seeing the continued joy it has given you and your friendship with the beautiful soul that is Johannes is heartwarming."

A second also typed: "makes me so happy seeing you both reunited!! a strictly partnership and friendship we will never forget."

A third also chimed in: "Great to see you in the front row , what a journey you had with @johannesradebe. Never forget watching you on tour in Sheffield. Hope life is treating you well, anymore impromptu performances with Johannes planned ?"

Annabel previously shared last year that she was "sinking" before she signed up for the BBC dance competition and that it has since become her "saviour."

The broadcaster was previously married to Mel Coleman for 36 years before he sadly died in May 2024. Her late husband was a professional yachtsman and investment banker who married Annabel in 1993.

Speaking to The Sun, she admitted: "It’s very healing. It has been my saviour. I would be sinking or crawling under a rock at home. I’m not quite sure where I would be mentally if I hadn’t had this to be focusing on and giving me a purpose to get out of bed."

The couple share three children; Amber Rose, Lily and Charlie.

After finishing fourth in last year's series, she appeared on the Strictly Live! tour alongside Grazino Di Prima, who has since left the competition.
