Amongst all the skincare products, hair treatments and beauty essentials that we stock in our bathrooms, there’s one item that is an absolute essential, no matter how low or high maintenance your beauty routine is – your shower gel. It might not currently be the top ranking item in your shower regime, but Molly-Mae Hague might just change your mind as she shares the one she can’t live without.
Praising Wild’s Amber and Oud Natural Body Wash, Molly-Mae wrote on Instagram: “I’ve tried and tested so many shower gels and this is by far the best I’ve found. The smell literally lasts on your skin ALL day.” She went on to add: “The best smelling shower gel I’ve ever used” and linking her followers to Wild’s website.

If you’re new to Wild’s shower gels, you can start out by purchasing the pack from £15.50, which includes a refillable case and one of the brand’s body washes, which come in a recyclable refill bottle. The bottle simply slots inside the case, and can be swapped out whenever you run out to eliminate waste.
If you’ve already got one of the shower gel cases at home, you simply need to add a refill to your cart for £5.80 and slot it into your existing bottle. The cases come in a whole host of different designs, including an adorable new bee print, and cost £12 on their own.

You can either make a one off purchase to try the body wash for yourself, or sign up to the Wild subscription service, so you’ll always have a top up to hand whenever you run out.
Each refill contains 350ml of body wash, with Wild suggesting this will last around one month, although this will vary depending on how frequently you shower and how much shower gel you use during each shower.
As with all of Wild’s products, the Natural Body Wash is made from all-vegan ingredients and comes in a 100% plastic-free bamboo refill container which is fully compostable. Stacey Solomon is also a big fan of Wild’s beauty products, and has often raved about how much she loves the deodorants, lip balms and shower gels.
Another brand doing its bit for the planet whilst keeping us smelling fresh is Faith in Nature, which has a whole range of body washes in different gorgeous smelling scents. You can also choose from a standard squeezy plastic bottle (which is 100% recyclable), or opt for one of the refillable metal bottles.
These metal reusable bottles can then be topped up with one of the brand’s mega-sized 5litre shower gel refills, which will set you back £50 and give you the equivalent of around 12 and a half shower gel bottles.
