Trump Exposes Disastrous State Of His Famous Hair With Sleek Makeover

Donald Trump's latest makeover has revealed the true state of his hair.

Trump's hair has been a source of ridicule for him over the years, but people have gotten used to his combover, which he's sported for most of his time in the public eye. However, the president-elect just debuted a jarring new hairstyle that's exposed how much his famous mane, once considerably thicker, has thinned with time. As you can see below, Trump was recorded at the Palm Beach golf club chatting with his fellow patrons. Wearing golfing attire, Trump sported a variation of his combover that had the sides of his hair shellacked backward, while the middle was molded into an unflattering, lifeless peak.

Social media has since shared thoughts about Trump's locks. Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one user wrote, "Trump cut his hair and now he looks like an angry grandpa at a country club. He also seems to be going easy on the orange." Another proposed an interesting theory about Trump's lack of volume. "His hair is just greasy from hat-head sweat I think," they tweeted. Seconding that opinion, one wrote, "He has that hat in his hand maybe 'hat hair' either way he needs to go back to bed. He looks horrible." Meanwhile, one creative commenter joked that Trump's thin hair meant his furry friend had gone M.I.A. "His ferret ran away," they wrote. Another popular theory suggested Trump was wearing a wig before, and his new 'do is his real hair. And yet, the likelihood of Trump wearing a wig seems pretty low.

Donald Trump's ever-evolving hair has inspired chatter about wig, and possibly toupee, usage, but the billionaire has refuted those claims multiple times. During a 2018 rally in North Carolina, Trump boldly claimed he doesn't wear a wig like everyone thinks. "Well, that's one of the great things I got," he said (via AFP News Agency). "Everybody used to say my hair is phony. It's not my hair. I'm wearing a hairpiece. ... But the one thing, they never say that anymore. I've been caught in rainstorms. I've been caught in winds that are like 60 miles an hour ..." He also urged his supporters to avoid pursuing political careers if they're not wearing their own hair, citing his encounters with the elements.

Trump, who sparked more balding rumors in April 2024, also attempted to prove his hair is real when speaking with Ryan Seacrest in 2010. "It's actually my hair. It may not be beautiful, but it's my hair," Trump said during "On Air With Ryan Seacrest" before Seacrest asked his co-host, Ellen K., to run her fingers through it. The future president obliged the request, leaning into her hand. "No, it's all his. I never doubted it," she said. Trump went one step further by pushing his combover back off of his face to reveal his real hairline underneath. Of course, this incident doesn't mean that Trump has never worn hairpieces — just that he may have opted to let his natural hair breathe that day.

Either way, we understand why Donald Trump Jr. doesn't want to end up with his father's hair woes.
