Since bursting into the limelight as a fresh faced 17-year-old model, Katie Price has gone under the surgeon's knife time and time again which has dramatically changed the way she looks.
The 46-year-old TV personality has not long returned from Turkey following her latest face lift and boob reduction. It's thought to be her sixth facelift in a long line of surgeries which have also included 17 boob jobs and full body liposuction. We take a look at the former model's huge transformation and changing face over the years.
Katie has been in the public eye for nearly three decades but it would seem being in the spotlight has not been easy for the reality TV star as she admits she has issues with her body image. The mum of five thinks she could have body dysmorphia - a mental health condition where a person spends a lot of time worrying about their appearance - after undergoing countless transformations over the years.
Speaking on the Go Love Yourself!, the model has previously admitted: "I've never thought I'm good-looking, and I still don't" She added: "Maybe I've got body dysmorphia, and [maybe] I have to admit I've got body dysmorphia because I'm always changing stuff. And I know sometimes when I've gone too far."

Dr Olivia McCabe-Robinson, GMC registered medical doctor, explained to the Mirror : "When patients have repeated cosmetic surgery, it could be a sign of perception drift.
"In cosmetic surgery, this refers to the gradual shift in a person's perception of their appearance after undergoing multiple procedures. Over time, individuals may lose sight of what is natural or realistic, becoming increasingly critical of minor imperfections. This can lead to a desire for more surgeries, driven by an ever-evolving, often unattainable, ideal of beauty."

INSTAGRAM)Dr Julien De Silva told The Mirror there shouldn't be any need for someone to have multiple facelifts while still young. He said: "There should not be a need to have more than two facelift procedures in a young woman in her mid-forties. A quick old-fashioned facelift procedure may be a quick fix and take less than a couple of hours, however it will not be long-lasting. Undergoing a procedure with a reputable surgeon, the facelift should last towards 10 years for the majority of patients."
Meanwhile, Katie has now said she is happy with the way she looks after having her sixth facelift in the last seven years. But could her satisfaction be short-lived? We take a look at her extreme transformation over the years.
Katie's facelifts in 2017 and 2018
Although Katie revealed she'd had Botox in 2004, she insisted at the time she would never have a face lift. However, in 2017 she underwent a 'Silhouette' face lift - a procedure which lifts sagging cheeks and jawline by stitching under the skin to sculpt features. Then just one year later, aged 40, she went back under the knife and had her second facelift, claiming her first face lift was a botched job.
Katie said: "I need to get my face re-corrected after surgeon has totally f**ked my face up." Her agent backed up her claims that her second face lift was only because her first had not worked out as planned: "She had the thread and it really quite distorted her look. She got a lot of backlash, a lot of negative press, a lot of trolling, everyone saying she'd taken it too far, when actually it was a job that had not gone to plan."
Third and fourth facelift in 2019
Katie jetted to Turkey to overhaul her entire look with a full body transformation in 2019 including her third facelift. And just three months later she returned to the clinic for some alterations to her face lift, as well as another boob job at the same time.
Speaking on Radio 4's Women's Hour in March this year, Katie explained why she has had so many procedures over the years: "I don't have surgery to look younger. I don't know what it is, but I definitely have a relationship with the surgery, I think, about not feeling probably good enough, or needy, or not very pretty."

In 2021 pictures revealed by The Sun showed the star looking swollen and puffy after undergoing a face lift and breast reduction in Turkey. She has since spoken out about the risks of plastic surgery and the negative impact of the recovery process. Yet despite her warnings to others Katie went under the knife again for her sixth facelift earlier in 2024 that reportedly cost her £10,000.
While she admits having a surgery 'addiction', Katie doesn't believe other women should go abroad for cheaper procedures and is glad her daughter Princess has been 'put off surgery' forever.
