Strictly: Amy Dowden returns after latest health scare

The 2024 Strictly Come Dancing stars have been spotted kissing their partners after filming the pre-recorded elimination episode on Saturday night - but fans aren't happy with yet another spoiler.

In the snaps, the contestants can be seen leaving the show, with Love Island 's Tasha Ghouri and her boyfriend Andrew Le Page seen sharing a smooch for cameras. Then, joined by her dance partner Aljaz Skorjanec, Tasha made it a family affair, posing for a snap with her father and his girlfriend.

Joining them at the exit was comedian Chris McCausland, who looked slightly glum, while his dance professional partner Diane Buswell smiled enthusiastically for the camera and gave a thumbs up. Also spotted was singer Shayne Ward, who gave his fiancee Sophie Austin a peck on the lips for the photographers.

Elsewhere, EastEnders legend Natalie Cassidy - who was partnered with Vincent Simone during her time on the BBC series back in 2009 - could be seen enjoying a sneaky vape session as she waited to go back in, while Janette Manrara was seen making her way with a gym bag.

One contestant's family member was seen taking home the dreaded 'goodbye flowers', which are handed out when a celebrity and their partner are voted off the show. The Mirror has chosen not to publish the spoiler, to give viewers the chance to watch it for themselves, but some fans have already found out - and they're not happy about it.

Fans of the long-running dance contest will be fully aware that the BBC shows the Saturday night episode live as it happens - but then immediately after records the results show that airs on Sunday nights. Although the cast and crew are sworn to secrecy over who gets voted off, there are moles who release the details way before they are due to be revealed on the show.

On Saturday night, fans watched the cast take to the floor to perform a Rumba, Waltz, Samba, Cha-cha-cha and more. The judges scored the couples - with the stars with the least scores hoping the public would vote to keep them in the contest. Those found to have the absolute lowest scores would then face the dance off.

As is now pretty-much tradition, the Strictly Spoiler has ruined the news by leaking the results hours early. And while the Mirror has seen the shock news, we have decided not to reveal who is allegedly being asked to leave the dancefloor and never return. Fans who have witnessed the result, however, have been let astonished by the outcome.

Taking to X aka Twitter, one said: "Actually so annoyed at this??? Neither of the couples in the dance off deserved to be there when they’ve improved week after week and then there’s others that have had several bad weeks and keep sailing through."

"WHAT?! I'M FLOORED!! This has fully p***ed me off actually," another raged after reading the shock result online, with a third adding: "I'm sorry what!! My first question is why was either couple in the dance off??!! And 2nd why are the worse ones still in?" A fourth declared: "what the hell did i just saw ??? the two couples in the dance off was not supposed to be in the dance off to begin with."

The 2024 season of Strictly Come Dancing is almost halfway - with roughly six weeks remain before the grand finale. The Results Show airs on BBC One at 7.20pm this evening.
