Maisie Smith took to Instagram to share a sweet snap by Max George's side as The Wanted star remains in hospital.
The singer revealed last week doctors had found "heart issues" and he will require surgery. Now, former EastEnders star Maisie has shared a supportive message as she uploaded a snap of her holding her man's hand. She wrote on her Instagram Story: "Got to see my wonderful man today. Proud of you @maxgeorge."
Max reshared the image to his own page and added a sweet response. He wrote: "Thank you baby. I love you so much," alongside a love heart emoji.

Sharing an update on Monday, the star said he may have to have surgery "way quicker" than initially thought. Uploading an image of himself with monitors and wires attached before he has a scan, he wrote: "Had a little day trip today. Full CT scan on my heart.
"Not something I'd choose to do again! As I mentioned yesterday, I have a 2:1 block in my heart. Unfortunately my heart rate hasn't picked up at all in almost a week. Because of this, we don't have too much time to wait so it looks like I'm going to be in surgery way quicker than the doctors first thought. I may even be home for Christmas!"
He continued: "The last few nights have been really rough, but I wanted to say that I'm absolutely humbled by all your messages of support. Both people I know and those I don't. It's given me a much needed boost and my family have been overwhelmed with support, which means more to me than anything."
In his initial revelation, Max had told his followers how he had felt really unwell so went to hospital. He said: "Unfortunately after some tests they've found that I have some issues with my heart.
"I have a lot more tests to determine the extent of the problems and what surgery I will need to get me back on my feet. It's gonna be a difficult few weeks / months… and Christmas in a hospital bed wasn’t exactly what I had planned! But, as always, I’m surrounded with love and support by my wonderful partner Maisie, her family, my family and friends.. and I'm 100% in the best place."
Maisie and Max began dating after meeting on Strictly Come Dancing in 2020. Despite Maisie, 23, initially saying the pair were friends, a romance blossomed and in 2022 they made their relationship official by attending an awards ceremony together.
The couple have had questions over their age gap and in August, Lorraine host Ranvir Singh quizzed the couple about their 13-year-age gap. Both agreed it wasn't an issue, with Maisie saying: "I've always said from the start my family and your family - we're so close. Max has been there for me and my family while we've been going through some stuff." Max added: "We're not bothered about stuff like that."
